Bio: Jason began roofing in the 1980’s becoming a crew leader while still in his teens. He started the company at just 22 years of age. He has grown the company from a one man operation to a multi-million dollar corporation.

 
KEELEY VAUGHAN – VP Administration

Bio: Keeley’s administrative career began in 1990 as an office manager for a CPA firm in Beaverton, Oregon. She took over the administrative duties of J. Vaughan Roofing in 1993.

 
BOB MANN – Director of Steep Slope

Experience: 17 years in the construction industry, 13 years in the roofing industry.

Bio: Bob is member of the Professional Roofers Advisory Council. He is a Certified Shingle Quality Specialist with CertainTeed and an Air Vent Certified Ventilation Specialist.

 
PEDRO CRUZ – Director of Low Slope

Experience: 22 years in the construction industry, 16 years in the roofing industry
Year Started at J. Vaughan Roofing: 1995
Bio: Pedro spent seven years as a low slope foreman. After managing the service department for two years, he took over low slope operations in 2010. He has been certified by many manufactures and has trained extensively trained in single-ply assemblies, BUR and torchdown.

 

 
JACLYN WILLIAMS – Account Manager

Bio: Jaclyn brings over 8 years of customer relations and sales experience to the newly created position of account manager.

 
VICENTE CRUZ – Commercial Supervisor/Foreman

Experience: 23 years in the construction industry, 14 years in the roofing industry
Year Started at J. Vaughan Roofing: 1997
Bio: Vicente is certified and extensively trained in single-ply, BUR and torchdown. He is also experienced with metal roofing and sheet metal fabrication.
 
EDUARDO CRUZ – Residential Supervisor/Foreman

Eduardo has been with J. Vaughan Roofing since 2005 and became a foreman in 2008. He gained Master Shingle Applicator status with CertainTeed in 2010.

 
LUIS CRUZ – Residential Supervisor/Foreman

Luis has been with J. Vaughan Roofing since 2006 and became a foreman in 2009. He gained Master Shingle Applicator status with CertainTeed in 2010.
